Monthly Performance Report
Edinburgh Airport will now offer passengers greater confidence in their experience at the airport with the publication of a monthly performance report detailing results and targets on key performance indicators.
As the fastest growing airport in the UK and the busiest airport in Scotland we are dedicated to continually improving the passenger experience and we recognise the challenges we face to deliver a consistently high level of service provision.
As a non-slot allocated airport we are not obliged to either measure or publish these findings – but we are committed to improving and want to share our results with our passengers. This monthly performance report will, in easily understood plain English, allow passengers freely and quickly download and see key performance information.
On this page we will now publish monthly key performance report which covers key areas of our business and measure against our own very high targets.
The report will measure the following:
Waiting time at security and waiting time at FastTrack security
Waiting time at passport control EU and waiting time at passport control non EU
Check-in customer feedback
Car parking customer feedback
Contact stand availability (when the passenger does not take a bus to go from the terminal building to the aircraft)
On time performance (arrivals and departures)
Arrivals baggage performance (broken down by airline)
The Monthly Performance Report will be published on or around the middle of each month.
