Weekly Flight Guide

Summer schedule from April to October. Winter schedule from November to March.

Stay within the Murcia city itself for a laid back city break with lots of historical churches and architecture which highlights the city’s Moorish past. Head down to the Plaza del Cardenal Belluga where you can relax in one of the square’s atmospheric terraces or restaurants while marvelling at its beautiful offering. A short walk away lies another of the city’s iconic buildings, the Real Casino de Murcia. After a period of decline, the casino was fully restored and now gives visitors a glimpse into the grandeur and beauty of the time of aristocracy.

If you take a stroll down the narrow streets of the Old Town, you will find they are lined with an array of excellent restaurants serving Spanish cuisine and some of the best tapas which Spain has to offer. Found here are the two inviting streets of Traperia and Plateria, also home to some quaint shops and cafés, so it's an ideal way to spend an afternoon. Despite its small size, for those who like their nightlife Murcia has a vibrant bar and clubbing scene due mainly to the bustling student population of the city.

If you want to venture outside of the city, there are plenty of beautiful towns and villages nearby to choose from for a relaxing family break. One of the top choices is the coastal resort of La Manga with the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean and the calm, warm waters of Mar Menor, a perfect destination to practice water sports all year round. Not to mention the region has a collection of major spa resorts and a waterpark and zoo to make it a truly unforgettable holiday.
